As announced in October last year, we are pleased to invite Member Association Presidents and Executive Directors to the 2025 Annual Retreat and General Assembly, taking place in Oslo, Norway, on Tuesday 10 to Wednesday 11 June 2025.

Program highlights
- Monday 9 June (evening): Welcome Drink & Informal Gathering (Optional, starting at 17:00)
- Tuesday 10 June (all day, starting at 09:00): Annual Retreat, General Assembly & Dinner
- Wednesday 11 June (morning): Annual Retreat (until 13:00, followed by optional lunch)
Annual Retreat: The program will include a presentation of the Dashboard, a workshop on FBN values, a follow-up discussion and workshop on advocacy and ownership, and a session on board effectiveness. A detailed agenda will be circulated soon.
General Assembly: the agenda will include: activity report and State of the Federation, audited accounts 2024, approval of revised Articles of Association, election of new board members, election of a new Member Association.
Conditions
There is no registration fee for the General Assembly and Annual Retreat. However, it's important to note that travel & accommodation expenses are not reimbursed.
